Return Policy – Mukoko Movement

This Return Policy outlines the conditions and

procedures for returning products purchased through MMovement.eu.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.

1. Return Period

​Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Conditions

A return will only be approved if all of the following criteria are met:

​

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags, labels, seals, and packaging remain intact.

  • The item shows no signs of wear, odors, or stains.

  • The purchase was made directly through the official MMovement webshop.

  • ​

Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

​

  • Signed items or limited editions

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

4. Return Procedure

  1. The customer must first submit a return request via contact@mmovement.eu.

  2. Upon approval, the customer will receive confirmation and return instructions.

  3. The item must be shipped back within 7 days after approval.

  4. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise.

MMovement is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Customers are strongly advised to use tracked shipping.

5. Inspection & Refunds

Once the returned item is received, MMovement conducts a quality inspection. If approved:

​

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

  • If the item does not meet the return conditions, the return will be refused and may be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

6. Exchange

Exchanges are possible only if the requested replacement item is in stock. If not available, a refund will be issued following the process above.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must report this within 48 hours of delivery via contact@mmovement.eu, including photos of the issue.
